Overview

• Two more PGA Championship courses to add to the existing Championship course.
• A 350 bed hotel with Leisure and Spa facilities
• A town centre comprising of a bank, pharmacy, supermarket, rent a car, travel agency, hunting agency, hair and beauty salon, restaurants and bars, wine cellars, casino and a crèche.
• An Equestrian centre
• Tennis courts to add to the existing grass tennis courts.
• Play parks for Children

    Phase 1

• Village no.1 -> 250 two and three bed Villa’s, Townhouses and Apartments, 75sqm to 130sqm.
  We have released 45 houses from the first village. They comprise of 3 types, A, B, and C. Type A and B are 2 bed en-suite duplex houses and C is a 3 bed en-suite house. A and C are semi-detached and B is a terrace of 3 houses all the same size and layout. The middle house is €7,000 cheaper.
